Organisation of your accommodation

We are happy to organise your accommodaiton for you before your arrival. For this we charge a fee of Euro 75.

Please enter on the registration form what type of accommodation you are looking for and a price range acceptable for you. We can organise a guest family, hotel or an apartment for the duration of your stay here with us based on the following condition:

Guest Family : Costs ca. Euro 450,00 per month depending on availability.

We recommend that all our students stay if possible in one of our carefully selected guest families. This is the best way to get to know the people and to use the language the entire day. We ensure that only one person of the same native language is with any one guest family.

The following is included in your guest family stay: 

1. Pick up from and drop off at the Koblenz train station for arrival and departure
2. Single room, shared use of bathroom and kitchen fafcilities
3. Food:  Mo. - Fr. - Half board (Breakfast & Evening meal)
   Saturday & Sunday - 3 full meals per day

Apartments

If you prefer to stay independent and totally flexible and to prepare your own meals we can organise a fully furnished apartment for you.  The costs for this are between Euro 400 - 750,00 per month depending on class and availability.  Please book this well in advance as places are limited.

Hotel

The are many hotels of all different price classes in Koblenz.  We can recommend and book hotels for you if you wish.
